Log into your Clinikally account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
